For New Jersey music fans, Melody was more than a record store. It was where you flipped through albums, checked out new releases, found something you didn't know you needed, and walked out with one of those bags people still remember. From Newark to Passaic, Union, Irvington, and beyond, Melody was part of the soundtrack for a lot of Jersey lives.
