When will I get my order?
Every shirt is made to order just for you, so it's not sitting in a warehouse waiting — it's printed after you order it. Printing takes 3–7 business days, then it ships.

● U.S. shipping: flat rate of $4.75
● Total time from order to delivery is typically 2-7 business days — printing time plus transit

Where does my order ship from?
Your shirt is printed and shipped by our print partner from their U.S. facility once your order comes in.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
We're not able to cover lost or stolen packages once they've shipped. That's what Guide Package Protection is for — if you added it at checkout, you can file a claim for a refund or replacement. See our FAQ for full details on coverage and how to file a claim.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
Before reaching out, a few quick things to check:
● Double-check your shipping confirmation email for the delivery address
● Check with your local post office — sometimes packages sit there a day before delivery
● Ask around your building or with neighbors in case it was left with them
