Ordering and Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? A: Sorry, orders are automated and initiated immediately and are not able to be cancelled. All sales are final.

Shipping and Delivery

Q: What are your shipping options and costs? A: We offer standard shipping and the cost starts at $4.69

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Usually, it takes 3–8 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated at 3 - 4 business days.

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen? A: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped. However, we offer Package Protection via Guide Protection, a third-party service that can cover lost or stolen items for a small fee. If you'd like to add this protection to your order, simply select the option at checkout.

Q: What is Guide Package Protection? A: Guide Package Protection protects your order against loss, damage, theft, and more. In just a couple of clicks, you'll receive a refund or replacement for approved claims. To cover your order, make sure Guide Package protection is checked before you place your order at checkout.

Q: How do I file a claim with Guide Package Protection? A: If you’ve purchased package protection and need to make a claim, head here to File a Claim.

Q: How do I buy Guide Package Protection? A: Guide Package Protection will be available to add once you reach Checkout. Once it is added, it will appear at checkout as a product before your order is placed.

Q: What am I covered for? A: Guide Package Protection covers lost, damaged, and stolen packages.

Q: What do I get if my claim is successful? A: You have the option of a refund or replacement of your order.

Q: How much does Package Protection cost? A: The cost of Guide Package Protection depends on the total value of your order.

Q: How long before my delivery is classed as lost? A: If your parcel hasn't had an updated tracking scan in 5 days, it’s considered lost in transit, and you can make a claim.

Q: What happens if my parcel is stolen or says delivered but I haven’t received it? A: File a claim as normal here and Guide will process your claim.

Q: How long do I have to file a claim? A: 30 – 45 days depending on the claim type. This is from the date you placed your order.

Product Information

Q: What materials are your t-shirts made from? A: Please see each product individually for materials.

Q: How should I care for my t-shirt? A: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Sizing and Fit

Q: How do I choose the right size? A: Please refer to our size chart on each product page for detailed measurements. If you’re between sizes, we suggest ordering the next size up for a comfortable fit.

Q: Do your t-shirts run true to size? A: Yes, our t-shirts are designed to run true to size. For a relaxed fit, consider ordering one size larger.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy? A: We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at michael@njshirtshop.com.

Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange? A: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
